Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to the GPU Cloud Tracker website and any services provided under a written agreement. If a separate agreement applies to a customer deployment, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

1. Services

GPU Cloud Tracker provides private AI agent deployment support, GPU infrastructure planning, and related implementation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, support commitments, and fees are defined in a statement of work, order form, or other written agreement.

2. Website Use

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer protected components, send malicious content, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, maintaining appropriate credentials and access controls, approving deployment architecture, and confirming that their use of agents, models, data, and GPU infrastructure complies with internal policies and applicable laws.

4. Private Deployments

Private deployments may run in customer cloud accounts, private networks, or on premise systems. The customer remains responsible for the environment it controls, including network configuration, identity access, repository permissions, data classification, and user authorization.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

Customer source code, private documents, prompts, logs, datasets, and deployment specific configuration remain the customer's property unless a written agreement states otherwise. GPU Cloud Tracker retains ownership of its pre existing tools, templates, know how, documentation, and service methods.

6. Model Outputs and Review

AI agent outputs may contain errors or require human review. Customers should review code changes, operational actions, documents, and recommendations before using them in production or other sensitive environments.

7. Third Party Services

Some services may rely on third party infrastructure, model providers, GPU vendors, email providers, or cloud platforms. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and security controls.

8. Confidentiality

Confidential information shared during a project should be handled according to the applicable written agreement. If no separate confidentiality agreement exists, each party should use reasonable care to protect non public information received from the other party.

9. No Public Resale

Unless GPU Cloud Tracker agrees in writing, customers may not resell, sublicense, or expose GPU Cloud Tracker software or managed components as a public cloud service or hosted product.

10. Disclaimers

The website is provided for general information. Service outcomes depend on customer infrastructure, data quality, access controls, model selection, operational processes, and third party availability. Except where stated in a written agreement, services are provided without warranties beyond those required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GPU Cloud Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or services. Any liability for paid services is subject to the limits stated in the applicable written agreement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
