1. Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide through the website, including your name, company, work email, deployment interest, workload size, and message content. We may also collect basic technical information such as request time, browser type, IP address, and pages visited for security, troubleshooting, and site analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use website and contact form information to respond to inquiries, evaluate deployment requirements, provide requested information, improve the site, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell contact form submissions or use them for unrelated advertising.
3. Contact Form and Email Delivery
When you submit the contact form, the request is routed to GPU Cloud Tracker for review. We may use an email delivery provider such as Resend or SendGrid to route the message. Those providers process the submission only to deliver the email and operate their service.
4. Customer Deployment Data
For private deployments, customer code, documents, prompts, logs, workflow records, model configuration, and infrastructure metadata are handled according to the deployment plan and any written agreement with the customer. The website contact form is separate from production customer environments.
5. Private Infrastructure and Model Training
GPU Cloud Tracker is designed for private deployments in customer approved environments such as private cloud accounts, VPCs, or on premise systems. Customer code, prompts, logs, and workflow data are not used for public model training by default. Any different training arrangement requires explicit written approval.
6. Service Providers
We may use infrastructure, hosting, email, security, and operational vendors to run the website and support customer communications. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
7. Retention
We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, manage business communications, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security records. Customer deployment data retention is defined by the applicable deployment agreement or project plan.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No internet based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we design deployments to reduce unnecessary data movement and limit access to approved systems.
9. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact information you submitted to us, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements. To make a request, use the contact form on the website.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
